I recently had a wonderful stay at a countryside hotel in the Po Delta area. The location itself was stunning, with the hotel situated on different islands of the lagoon. It was truly a unique experience being surrounded by wetlands and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere on the banks of a canal. The rooms, though basic, were spacious and had nice old furniture, giving them a charming touch. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One detail that stood out for me was their attention to detail in the breakfast served. Fresh fruit, handmade cappuccino, and a variety of delicious options made it a great way to start the day.
All aspects of this hotel were perfect!

I would like to highlight the Manager Mr. Otto. Made our stay fantastic. After a long driving gave us four bikes to ride. This Hotel is located inside a Natural park where we could walk and see wildlife. And the Restaurant of the Hotel is great. I recomend this facilty to everybody.
Nothing everything was perfect.

I guess, few foreign tourist well informed about this beautiful place - green & quit, comfortable small hotel in centre of natural reserve. 5 minutes from beach Lido di Volano by car, 20 - 25 minutes from impressive town - Comacchio ("Small Venice") with many gourmet restaurants in the central area. The hotel has very good restaurant by itself - popular in local citizens, that come there in whole families. I kindly recommend this hotel for young & mature couples, families with children, that travelling by car. It's not including usually in standard tourist pathway of foreign tourists, but will be "sweet tip" in you journey.

Located on the banks of a canal in the Delta of the Po river, it is made up of different buildings situated on different islands of the lagoon (don't dream, it's not Polynesia - still fascinating). For those liking wetlands, the setting is really fascinating. The buildings are traditional if a bit dull. The garden furniture is pleasant, as well as the breakfast room and common hall. The rooms are classic, if very basic, and very spacious (at least mine was). The bathroom clean, modern, very large, though simple. The restaurant is a great surprise; though not sophisticated, the cuisine is original, very well-presented (gnocchi with crustaceans and clams served in a giant shell; grilled fish with fruit) and tasty. Staff is very nice. Breakfast includes eggs, fresh fruit (including fresh blacberries!), handmade cappuccino and espresso, and much else; best tier for being Italy.
My room lacked a mosquito screen on the window! Must be a temporary mistake. There were no mosquitoes when I stayed, but flies were a real nuisance.

The hotel's location on the banks of a canal in the Delta of the Po river adds to its unique charm. Waking up to the sound of birds is a delightful way to start the day. It's also great to see that the hotel offers free bikes for guests to explore the surrounding valleys and hiking trails. The rooms, although simple, are comfortable and have a touch of old-world charm with nice furniture.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
